  • 4 Tbsp. – Ranch Dressing
  • Parchment paper – 4 pieces

Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes on each side on a medium hot grill for a total of 16 minutes. Remove and let rest while get the other ingredients ready.

Lay two pieces of lettuce on a platter, then arrange the chicken beast on top of the lettuce, then add tomato, onion, and ranch dressing, then place 2 pieces of lettuce on top.
